I am recruiting staff for my minecraft economy server that will be opening to the public pretty soon.
Staff Guidelines
1. Must Be An Active Player
2. Must Be Mature
3. Must Not Abuse Powers
4. Must Accept The Consequences For Losing My Trust

You See A Staff Member Abusing His / Her Powers What Do You Do: If I see or notice a staff member abusing his or her powers I wouldn't try to get involved. I would contact the owner immediately and take screenshots as proof.
Someone Is Advertising In The Server What Do You Do: If they advertise the first time they do it they will be muted for 10-15 minutes and if they do it again after that I would permanently mute them and consult the owner or higher ranking staff or or temp-ban them depending on what the rules say
Someone Is Begging For Op/Ranks/Gm What Do You Do: Tell them that the only way to get ranks is by earning them and not asking. If they ask again I would teleport them to spawn to see the rules. If they ask again it would be a 5-10 minute mute. If they ask again I would either permanently mute them and Skype you the situation and the email before I take further action.

You See A Staff Member Abusing His / Her Powers What Do You Do: If a staff member was abusing his or her powers, I would simply tell them to stop, and if they say "No, go away" then at that point I will do the report whom ever it is abusing his or her commands.
Someone Is Advertising In The Server What Do You Do: Well I would tell that person to stop advertising his server, and if he does not listen I would mute him for 5 minutes - The typical muting range for me is 20 minutes to a permanent which then they'll have to get you to unmute them.

I don't really have a set amount I do plan on getting lots of people right now though.
