*Why You Want To Join My Staff: I would lke to be apart of your staff because I would think that I have a pretty wide range of vocabulary, I have good grammar. Well, I've been Staff on Countless Servers, and on a Couple Forums. I have Ranked up, and have Earned it on most of them but have Retired from most of them on April 17 2013 due to the fact I desired no longer to Manage those Servers.
*Why You Want To Join My Staff:
Listing the obvious reasons, it'd be that I want to help Manage the Server along with managing the Players, plugin, and Staff. Also, because I have lots of skills and knowledge I could bring to the Server. I know how to operate PermissionsEx, Group Manager, Voxel Sniper, World Edit, Core protect and such. I do not abuse my powers with them no matter who it is, or what rank. I will keep loyal to me word and never abuse my powers. I am not Power hungry so therefor, I am applying before all the power-hungry players do. I am Straight, I get the message sent, and I never let the Excuses pass by. I can also bring lots of building skills to the Server. I use to have a Build team called, "The Build Code" but I had to kick all of the Builders out due to inactivity and now I currently have a building Partner. His name is BrettBusiness and if you want, you can look his name up on Planet Minecraft. His name being xBrettBusinessX. We have build for a couple months now and do lots of things including building. Naming: Designs, Architecture, Buildings, House and such. We do lots of styles. Medieval, Modern, Ruins, and such. But, back on track why I want to be a Staff Member, it's because I do not discriminate players by Race, or Age. Honestly, I do not get why players judge each other because of Age's or Race. I have had lots of experience before like Owning my own Server, being Head-Admin, Admin, Jr. Admin, Mod, Helper, etc. Etc. I have played Minecraft for two years and this summer, I am looking for a time spender which will be this Server.
*How You Would Help The Server: Well... Hmm... I could only think of Situations I could oversee... if that's Okay to list, then I will do that right now...

Well, I could imagine a Player calling out for help due to the cause his protected area was Grief due to plugin failure. I ask him, do you have proof? And he says No. The first step would be to inspect the most suspicious players. If I find out who, I ask, Are you using an Exploit, Hack, or a loophole. And if they lie, they get the Punishment. If they be honest, I thank them for being honest and for their time, and then punish them. Due to the fact there is no acceptance of excuses in my book.
The second situation I could step into is someone Disrespecting Staff Members. I would be asking them, "What is the Problem" And they reply with something non-reasonable or tolerable. Then I make a firm Statement, calm but clear, that Disrespecting Staff is not Tolerated on this Server. If they Start getting Smart with me, I win over them with Clever. And if they don't stop. They get the Punishment.
I could see someone complaining as they have been killed by a Teleportation trap. Then I ask, "Who did it. And do you have proof?" and if they tell me the Player-name, then I Vanish and watch the player. If I see them do it, I'll reason with them and then Punish with them. If they continue to do it behind our backs then I will simply wish to here from a Player that they have proof. And if they do, it's a Harsh Punishment to the Player.
Illegal PvP. Now that, is an obvious one to me. Say for example a Staff member Spawned in Overpowered, or even regular items. I ask them, where did you get that? Or look in the Staff Records. And if they refuse to reply I report it to a Higher rank, and while they get the Ticket, I simply force them to give it to me and will punish them if the Higher Staff Member doesn't. If it's a Player, it's obvious that they used an Exploit, or a Plugin failure. I /invsee them, take the weapons, and force them to give me their Armour. Talk to them about what they've done and Punish them.
Spawn killing/Camping. I could also see someone doing this. Because this is something that happens all the time on PvP servers. I simply Tp them somewhere else and restrict them from Camping. I talk with the player, finish it with, "On this server, Camping (Or Spawnkilling if that's the situation) is not tolerated. And then give them the punishment.

- /ban = Bans The Account Of The User
- /banip = Bans The Ip Of The User So They Cant Come Back
- /kick = To Kick Players Out Of The Server
- /say = Talk Like A Server Announcement, Or Speak From The Console
- /deop = De-Ops A Player
- /mute = Mutes A Player
- /who = Shows The Current People In The Server

How would you deal with:
A Griefer: It Would Depend On The Server Rules. I Personally Would Warn Him That If He Does it Again, I Will Either Temporary Ban Him Or Jail Him. And Then Il Tell The Victim How To Better Protect His Land.
A Spammer: I Would Verbally Tell Him To Stop Spaming. If He Continues, I Would Mute Him For 30-40 Minutes. If He Keeps Spaming I Would Temporary Ban Him For 2 Hours.
A Player Who Just Join The Server For The First Time: I Would Welcome Him And Give Him A Tour Of The Whole Server And Then give Him A Small Present To Enjoy His Stay.
A Person Who Says They Are From Planet Minecraft: I Would Just Ignore The Person.
What Rules Do You Think A Server Should Have:

- No Hacked Clients
- Don't Spam
- Don't Use 3rd Party Mods
Mostly Depends On The Server Rules And Plugins, Etc.
