Hey ! My name is Xavier Dufour, also known as Madara298 ingame. I am a 15 years old Canadian, and Ive recently got on GrovCraft. I have been owning a server, that was hosted, so not local, and I know pretty much everything about Essentials / GroupManager / Coreprotect / Other main plugins. I can also give advices for the config of those plugins. As I said, ive been owning a server, but I also was staff on other servers, not only vanilla, but FTB too. I am pretty free for the summer, and I have alot of free time since I do not have a job, so expect to have me on the server 5h to 10h a day. If someone was complaining the server was lagging, I would check the tps with /tps and tell them the result, which most of the time end up being their side. For a grief, I would tp to the person that was griefed, and look who griefed with /co i which is a coreprotect tool. I would afterward ban/jail the griefer depending of the gravity of the case. I assume I have a decent knowledge of the overall Minecraft game and your server since Ive been playing Minecraft for about 3 years. I did own the server, as said higher, and it went very well, I got over 100$ donations less than 2 weeks after the server was launched. It is infact still up.
I am not currently a donator on your server, but I do have some free money, so that may become true since my goal is to help the server. I am a pretty positive person, so people that would disrespecting me, I would just tell them not to because other person might get mad at them, but if it was going over the limit, I would mute them for about 15min. I want to be a Moderator cause as you said, you need ops, and I assume I have a more than decent experience of having op and using it carefully. To conclude, my favorite money is Eragon
