I have been Trail-Moderator as it's the first rank I have gotten as It was my first time applying for that rank and the Owner was pretty happy on my behaviour , so therefore he Promoted me to Admin straight away . I think that you will ask this question , why do you quit that server ? Answer : The server was down , as he have no money to pay for the hoster . I know some of the people were raging badly as they got rejected by the Owners or any staff . They left straight away , I know their feeling of getting rejected , and soon when they got rejected , they quickly find a new server to join with . Although I'm a female , as you guys know mostly all the females don't play games . But that is not true . I won't get impulsive easily unless the situation is very dangerous . As the staff even the lowest staff rank must have positive attitude as they need to come with a tremendous amount of responsibility . Sometimes , whenever the staff gets impulsive , they straight away banned , never think twice before banning . Well , I don't get impulsive easily , even if someone gets mad . Although , I from Singapore , I was finding server about a few days , and also when I became an admin , the Owner teach me all the commands / pluggins . So , I'm trying to find a server which need have danger , I can help .

I remember becoming moderator on one of the first minecraft servers I joined when the game was 1.2.5. I would later be promoted to Admin and continue staffing until the server shutdown. I started my first dedicated bukkit server when I was 13 and it was questionable; it only lasted for four months. The following year I started another server, this time with much success. I had more experience with plugins and had connections to people and the server ended up having 20 or so players on at once with $20+ dollars of revenue per month. I was forced to shutdown the server when all plugin configs and map saves were tragically lost (6 months from opening). After that I was "retired" from server management. I joined a smaller server after that and spent my time being a dedicated member and assisting staff with map builds and basic plugins. I denied requests to staff. Now I feel the urge to start helping small-medium servers.

Frankly, they’re not as sharp as I am and not as driven. I’m motivated and I can add value to your server. I have top-notch administrative skills and I believe I'd be an asset for the office. Hours you can play on server: I will be active, in the future, on both the forums and the server. As I said above, in the future, I will be online everyday for around 2-6 hours. You should accept me because it could turn out to be a learning experience for both of us. I believe that every server deserves its chance to get big, to get popular, you know, every server's dream. I want to help you get there! I might not be able to do much at start, but if I can gain your trust we can make this go huge! I have been helping servers for a while and i want get back to it. first join. Well I want you to know I can solve that. On a faction server it is hard to find a faction to join. I am willing to let any new member join a faction that I will create just to get them started. If they do not want to join my faction that is fine but having a faction to automatically be able to join will be so much easier, simpler, and a lot more comfortable. Now to a different topic. As I have said before there have been many people just spamming and spamming in chat and in Pm. Well most of those people that do it don't know that we can see it. So having a Staff member that will be there and be able to give the warning is a great thing for this server. I really am wanting to help with that so we can get that done faster and make the server even better than it already is. I think we all know that Hacking is a very important rule that if broken there will be very serious consequences. So looking at this website I have seen several post for people hacking with hardcore proof.
