Staff Needed!

Okay ive been working on my server now for some time and well i admit im not the best at plugin stuff in the console and also the fact that we are not released is a big issue so here is what im going to need. i will need hopefully a good plugin guy [head-admin]. ill also need a youtuber preferably with over 1k subs to make a trailer of my server after completed. then i also need basic moderators to help me in game with stuff. i will also need someone good at websites and web design stuff. i need to be able to trust all my staff with everything we do.
Roles needed:
Head Admin - good with plugin configuration and in-game commands
Mods - helping out in game to get the server finished
Youtuber - Advertisement making regular vids/trailer
Web-Design - Design the enjin website for us or some other form of website with a donation feature.
