When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play? - I started around 1.2 and my playtime across the years has varied. When I first started playing I would usually play around 4 hours a day, but as of recently, when I find a good server I will spend up to around 8-10 hours a day.

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I used to be the Head-Admin of a server by the name of LavaCraft Survival, and I remained in that position for 4 years until its recent closing. Ever since I have been searching for a new position to put my time and effort into. I personally believe being in a moderating position for a extended amount of time is more professional then perhaps being moderator on 100 different servers for short periods.
Where are you most active on the server? - Im assuming this is referring to my main specialty when it comes to server management. My biggest strength when it comes to management is my maturity and responsibility. Not only do I take the job fairly seriously, but I know how to properly communicate with server players and staff, keeping the server in order and creating a fun and safe space. If that was not what the question was asking I apologize.
How many hours can you contribute per day? - As stated before I can spend upward of 6 hours a day, it really varies.
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than they are? - Have patience, but be responsible. Do not let them get away with improper behavior but be gentle while guiding them. I have dealt with many young players and even staff members who lack maturity, but I have a decent amount of patience when dealing with them.
SCENARIO : You get multiple reports on someone that is being fairly abusive in private chat, What you do? (You have access to chat logs) - I would apprehend the person who is abusing and talk to them about it. I would give them one verbal warning (If he hasn't been talked to yet) and from there any misbehavior would result in temp bans, which of course lead to permanent bans if needed. I like to give people a chance to change their actions before taking too much action against them, but I will punish them if they dont respect me and my request.
Are you able to record? (For proof) - I can easily screenshot evidence of misbehavior of a player or staff member if this is what the question is referring to. While I do have a recorder, I feel that screenshots can more easily accomplish the task.
Anything else we should know? - As I mentioned before, keep a look out for people who state they have been staff on multiple servers. While at first look someone who claims "I have been moderator 5 times, Admin 6 times, and Co-Owner 3 times" seems like they have experience, it also shows that their time on those servers did not last, and success was most likely not present on the servers they administrated on. 27 September, 2011 the Beta development started on December 20, 2010 and ended on November 18, 2011. Now I play a lot more honestly probably too much.
