[UltimateMC] Staff Needed!
Hello everyone! I am TheFireCrafter and I am looking for staff for an upcoming server called UltimateMC. It will start out as an OP Prison and branch off into other gamemodes like Factions, Skyblock, and KitPVP. We currently need builders, developers, and general staff members! For three servers I will be listing, I will be able to give you the contact information but will not be including it in this application due to the privacy of others. As for KacpersSMP, I was unable to get ahold of the owner due to him being unavailable for over seven months. These servers are in order of which I have worked on them.

*Frost Cube - This server was the very first server that I had ever worked on. I am proud to say that it was indeed a very amazing experience, but sadly not that popular. This server had a player base of 10-20 players per day. I worked on this server from late December-early February. In the time span of these three months, I got promoted twice from helper to moderator to head administrator. It closed down due to lack of money.
KacpersSMP - I worked on this server for a week or so before the owner just decided to leave out of nowhere. I became the owner without warning and managed to get the player base up to 30 players for a week until money became an issue and I simply was unable to keep the server up and running.
*GamingFinal MC - This server is still up but very small. I truly did enjoy this server until I started working on it, I became bored shortly after becoming a helper and powered through two weeks before quitting.
*Cybilion Network - I worked on this server for the longest time I had ever worked on a server. I was a co-owner on Cybilion Network from early March to late July but quit due to lack of communication and the immaturity of the staff members. This server was fantastic until the owner decided to stop being a boss and more of a friend.

How often can you be online?: Summer is just about over for me, so I will just be answering this question with my school schedule. This schedule will be persistent on September 1st.
Starting on September 6th I'm going to be doing cross country. Before that starts, I will be available at 3:45 PM instead of 5:30 PM PST.
Monday - Friday: 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Saturday - Sunday: I will be playing from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep! These times are estimations of 10 PM - 2 AM.
Why should we pick you for this position?:
Others can say that they are nice and helpful, and while I'm both of these things I am much more. I am mature and strong-willed, I take responsibility and I understand what is the right and wrong decision. Although, when the time is appropriate I do like to let loose and joke around with players and fellow staff members!
Why do you want to be a staff member?:
I am choosing to apply for helper because I feel that this position fits me like a glove. Adding on, I am a fit leader thus I wanted to be a helper because a good helper leads by example and teaches the players and their peers how to become their very best! I want to make my way up to a higher staff position then just having it handed to me. When I start at a lower position, I am motivated to work my way up to grow and explore the areas of which I need to work on.
I understand when a player is or isn't breaking the rules, and I will punish only those who are deserving. I should be a staff member because I am a very hard-working, persistent person and I am devoted to helping others. I want to be a helper because I know I can help the community in a big way. I could make the community better by making sure that everyone is having a good time and ensuring that there are no known hackers and spammers disturbing players so the community can be clean and safe. I am a very mature person, and I would not be applying if I could not think I would be able to handle being a staff member. I want to work my way up and conquer big decisions I wouldn't be able to handle as of now.
