Hello, I am the Server Manager for Starlit Network. We are in the very early stages, as we just converted from being a factions server called TheAether, into being a RPG and minigame hub server. Because of this, we need many builders and a developer. I have created a small list of things we will be building.

Then don't expect people to sit down and write details the verbally mean nothing. Applications huh, if you're looking to go serious listen to people. There is some advice.
If you're looking to be a serious applicant, or be serious at all, you would sit down and realize there are security issues that can be had by giving one's skype to every kid that asks for it. There is no reason why you can't send something through PM, especially if it isn't critical or is a simple question.
God forbid you have to acquire details outside of skype. I mean really.
While I don't consider applications to be too good of a means of gaining staff, especially on PMC, and especially if they involve the paradox question of "why should we trust you" in some form, people do actually have conversations outside of skype.

I would, but its because of privacy reasons. Before you go saying i'm not serious about a server i have worked for sense launch, think about why i wouldn't want to. (or at least READ THE PMS I SENT) i have said PRIVACY reasons. What does "the verbally mean nothing" mean? I don't skype with the staff on the server, no one skypes EACH OTHER. And it doesn't have to "verbally mean something" (?) typing it out is enough for me, Or are some people too lazy to take 15 minutes to type an application and copy paste an imigur link?
