STARTING A NEW SERVER!!!! 24/7 SERVER!!

Hey, does anybody wanna start a server with me? I have an idea tho but I will not be paying for the server xD. I was thinking of a VPS Server 24/7 one. Which includes paying if Ur interested please reply. My idea of this server is umm. Making a Prison RP Server.. Where there are guards and the prisoners spend there days on jails and maybe they can go outside.

I will not be paying sorry
