Starting Server Helpers

So I was thinking you know how when people start a server its extremely hard for them to find the right people for the job? So I was thinking I should start a group of Builders,Mods,Admins,Helpers,Devs,Graphics Designers,etc. You get what I am saying so I will make a group skype chat and invite all the people in this program to it.That way we can message a server owner and Boom everyone on the system gets staff on that server.I will basically be connecting server starters to all the staff they need for the server you get what I am saying now? So add me on skype and send me a basic application in which I will put in a word document with your skype name with all the other people so I can send the owner the entire file and they can put you to what ever rank of there choosing to help them start there server. Sorry for the long message but I want everyone to understand what I am saying.
