Starting a server...looking for plugin support..

Hey everyone. I'm gonna be starting a new survival server. I am looking for one or two guys/girls to assist me with a few plugin configs. I am fairly good at plugins and such, but what I want, I haven't been able to figure out.

• Any Plugin that will allow for the discovery of Custom/Random/Lore filled Gear/weapons.
