Successful Server Needs Staff

Hello,
My server needs a new staff to watch over the players, that are on the server when I cannot be! You will get a special kit and a special nickname, you have to fill out this short questioner before you can get the rank! We have around 3-10 people on at a time and only have 3 staff members! I'm 28 years old, been playing this game for a few years now.
I am applying for A Dev position; My qualifications include, but are not limited to,
Bachelor degree in Computer Information system,
Master degree in Cyber Security.
I have a special spot in my heart for Minecraft servers. I am fair, I don't favor people.
If I were to be hired as a Developer, I would strictly have little-to-nothing to do with the players, and every to do with the development of the server, and systems.

Favorite game mode: I prefer creative mode, as it is one of the two requirements to create command blocks.
I don't really have a favorite mini-game. If anything, it would be Parkour, or HG.
As for other hobbies, I've played the guitar for well over 10 years. Been in many bands, and did a little bit of touring back in Australia.
