Superhero server help needed!

Hello everyone! I've been watching The dark knight and I suddenly got the idea. "Wouldn't It be cool to have superheroes in Minecraft?" And I thought YEAH! It would! Anyways, the server shall include plugins that allow you to have powers like Spiderman! Swinging around the city! Or like the flash! You want to be a blur like him go ahead! or be a vigilante! The possibility's are endless, buuut to get this all started I need some requirements.
-Custom plugin maker. Ok, nothing would be possible if noone made a spiderman plugin allowing you to swing. Hard stuff. You shall also get 20% of the donation.
-A couple of builders to help build wonderful cities and structures.
-Admins! And Moderators! Without you guys, we wouldn't be complete.
-Someone who can set up a website and inable a donation plugin to it.
-Aaaaand someone who knows how to use plugins. As I am an idiot potato.
Anyways, thats all I could think off. I'll update if anything new is needed. Do comment down below if you want to take on any of these roles.
