1.7.4 SuperNetwork [Staff Needed + Builders]

Hello All.

I am XxSuperNetxX, I have currently been creating my own server which is now a Network of servers. We have Survival which includes Minigames, Factions which has PvP and Raid and KitPvP.

The Server

This server is professionally run, with strong hosting and an amazing owner + staff. This is not a server where, after a month or so of hard work, we will shut the server down after a month as it has not worked out. We are a strong, network of players and staff which will thrive till we have a server in which people enjoy. We expect this same attitude from our staff. We will be 24/7, lag free, and are starting on a 3GB plan with a trusted host - GodlyCraft.

The Staff

There are at least 5 different categories of staff that you will be able to rank up during your stay (if you apply): Moderator, Helper, Admin, Builder and Junior-Mod. The Staff will handle operations regarding server players on a day-to-day basis.
Below is a short "job description and application" for each staff member and an attached application in the spoiler. Please copy + paste the CODE inside the spoiler exactly AS IS and do not change, extra information will be allowed. Please appropriately answer the questions following the bold colon " :[/b] Type info here... "

The Application Process:
I can explain the whole application process in a few easy steps.
Step 1: Please add me on Skype - William.lh.mccallum - My pic is me smiling. (What you will be when you join our server).
Step 2: Decide what rank you want to be and apply with the appropriate application.
Step 3: I will get back to you with results within a day or two. If you are denied, you may apply again two weeks.
Step 4: If you are accepted, You will be asked to join the server at a certain time (on skype) and we will give you your rank. We would like you to have multiple sentences for questions that ask more about you. Proper grammar and spelling is always a good way to boost your chance and our defiance! If any of your answers are dishonest, you will be denied and not be able to apply anymore.

JrMod
Junior Moderator is a rank in which is like a test. It will show us if you're ready and mature enough to join our Staff Team. Your main role will be to monitor the language, spamming and greifing. The extra commands that you will have are: /jail (jails a person for a time being for breaking one of our rules), /mute (mutes the player for language or spamming) and /kick (kicks a player from the server, allowing them to join again. You are expected to use these commands with respect, if you are caught using your power for greif, you will be stripped of your rank and you will have to start from scratch (With a bad name with the server).

Most staff will start out as Junior Moderators. Don't worry, because you get promoted quickly and then can continue moving up the ranks!

Moderators are the typical staff running the server on a day to day basis. They watch for hackers, rule-breakers, people swearing, and keep the overall server environment light and friendly.

Only 1-2 Moderators will be chosen from the application. You may be declined Mod but be accepted for JrMod.

The Admins will help the server owners run the server and do some behind the scenes stuff with Plugin Devs, coding, website, etc. Not a lot of experience with Java and stuff will be necessary here. They will have all of the Mod capabilities and responsibilities also.
There is no application for this. We choose Admins from the experienced Moderators, applying for admin would be to silly, we would not know who to trust etc.

Website Devs will create and maintain our website. They are expected to have knowledge of HTML coding and be able to provide custom modules, navbars, etc. to make the website advanced. We are looking for only the experts.

Plugin Developers will be creating a few custom plugins for our server as well as helping configure and maintaining our plugins.
Same as the admin application, we do not allow players to apply for Plugin developer, we do not have any background experience with you or know if you are trustworthy.


How the Builder Application works:
You may apply for Head Builder or Builder. There will be 1-2 head builders along with 5-6 builders. The Head Builder(s) will be leading the building team and will help me choose the builders. They will have privileges to add/remove people from the building team once approved with the Owners.

Head Builders will be in charge of leading the building team. They will need to have good leadership ability and will have to be very skilled and experienced builders.
Our Head-Builders will be chosen from builders that have become builders and are creating great builds in which we use for the server.

Builders will be part of a team of about 6-7. They will be in charge of building maps and builds for the server. They will also have access to a special restricted build world to make the server builds.
