Hello,
I am the owner and founder of The Catalyst Project. Our goal is, as the name may imply, to revolutionize how small Minecraft servers are perceived within the community.
We are looking for people to help us come up with ideas and to help kickstart our project through their people and management-related skills.
My server has been up for three years now, and has never been taken down. We have permanent funding for at least 1 GB of RAM through my father, and we sometimes will upgrade to up to 20 GB for special events that may require more RAM.
