THe Nova Network
We are company comprised of a few select staff members focused on helping new servers get started. We do everything from build advertising website start up and plugin dev and config so we will defiantly have work for our staff. Currently we have openings for Plugin Managers (1) Head Builder(1) and Promoters(3) and Recruiters(2).
Plugin Manager:
Will be in charge of finding installing and configuring the plugins a server will need for their operation.
Head Builder:
Will be in charge of the entire build team. He will get the specifications from myself or the senior staff and ensure the build stays on schedule. He will also be in charge of finding and recruiting his build team.
Promoters:
Will need to be adept with making advertisement banners (horizontal and vertical) as well as know where and when the best time to bump and post on forums (planetminecraft minecraftforums ect.) and be able to keep the forum posts alive. He may also need to have a few people under him to help keep things rolling. He will promote both the individual server we are working on and the company as a whole.
Recruiters:
Will need to find any more staff members that the company needs. He will need to find and qualify each person to ensure they will fit into the company and be effective. He will also double as the Staff Manager to ensure people are staying focused and make changes to staff as needed.
