TheKrypton || Network Under Development || Recruiting Staff
Hello all. My name is ReactiveWqlf, or Dylan. Today, I am here to talk about a project that my team and I have been working on for some time that is near completion. This project is a new server network. At our launch, we plan to feature the following gamemodes: Factions, Prison, SkyBlock, and Factions Custom Enchants. We plan to add more into the future. About The Ranks
Administrator
In this poisition, you will be handling many different things. Your job ranges from fixing bugs, building, and to managing one of our teams. You have many major responsibilities in keeping our server and community in order to create an enjoyable experience for the players of the network.
Senior-Moderator
In this position, you will have a few responsibilities. You will have to moderate the server, forums, and you will also have a chance to Co-Lead one of our teams along side an Administrator.
Moderator
If you become a Moderator, you will be in charge of moderating the server as well as the forums. You will also be able to join one of or teams whether it be the creative, events, or support team.
Junior-Moderator
As a Junior-Moderator, you will be in charge of not only moderating the server and forums, but you will also mentor a group of 3 - 5 Helpers. They will come to you with any problems, questions, or concerns that they have.
Helper
As a Helper, you will be moderating the forums and server making sure nothing is wrong and answering many questions.
Builder
As a builder, you will be assisting our Admins and Build Team Director in building for the server.
Developer
As a Developer, you will be fixing bugs, addressing suggestions, and developing custom plugins.
Artist
As an Artist, you will be creating a variety of art for the network whether it be for Twitter, Forums, or anywhere.

About The Ranks

Previous experiance:I owned a server no one played on and it was horrible I had to do a few things to keep the server online. Have you ever been banned on a server: No I have never been banned on a server before and I plan to keep it that way.
Why are you applying: I am applying because his server is newish and I want to help it grow and make it a funner place for staff members and players. . Also since i am very active i want to be able to use my time and monitor the server for any bugs, glitches, exploits, and even hackers. Since the server is in need of players to join I can be able to help out the server and to get people to join to make this server the best it can ever be. Being part of a staff team is a big responsibility, which for me I am able to handle.
Why should we accept you:(Look at other)
Other: What would you do as staff(Make this long): I will ban if needed for these reasons:For Hacking,ALTS, Hacking Accounts, Registering With Other Accounts
I will kick for these reasons: Spamming more than three times, Block Glitching, Asking For Staff to every single Staff member, Msg Spam. I will mute for this reason:spamming more than 7 times
I interact with players a lot,i will give them good stuff,medium stuff, and bad stuff at drop parties. I will do a drop party every 10 players. I might even give kits out at drop parties(If allowed). :The way that I am able to help out the server is by enforcing others of the server to follow the rules and help them with needed assistance and I will help no matter what until the problem is solved. Also If I were added to the staff team I will make sure others of the server follow the rules and don't break them. In conclusion if a situation like a player is calling a other player names or being rude i would warn them and if they continue i would mute for 5 mins and 10 mins and 30 and so on until perm mute, now if someone is being disrespectful to a staff member i would warn them and then kick and so on. Lastly if a staff member or player breaks any type of rules then I would need to report this to the forums with evidence if anyone abuses or abuses a glitch. Some other things about me is that I am very loyal, I am able to work with most of the plugins,to be able to help around the server.

Previous Experience:I have been Staff at a few servers now, but my biggest success, and also where I formed a community/family was in an old danish Minecraft server named Mcvuze. I first started to work there back in 2012, in fact, it was actually my first Minecraft server to play on. I started out as a Testmod, after 2 months I had played on the server. I worked as a Testmod in 1 year, and the. I got promoted to Mod, by the Staff Team, and afterward I worked another hard year until the leader of the staff team stopped playing. The Owner promoted me, because he thought, that I was the best Staff Team Member, that the server could offer at that time, so I became the leader of the Staff Team. I then worked one year as a leader of the staff team, and I stopped in 2015, because the server died out, and the Owner went to college.

Why are you applying:That's a good question, I wanna be Staff because in my last server, the Staff team and the players were not only some people I chatted with, we were a family. I wanna be Staff, because I wanna help people, and give them a good day, also because I wanna make a good family, I also can come to, when I am sad, that is what I am looking for.
