Is there Such a Plugin?

I need a plugin that will automatically switch players is creative mode when they enter a certain world, and then switch them back when they leave.

is there a plugin that dose that yet, or can someone make it easily?

I need it or i would need to switch everyone manually when they enter my build world =(
