A lot of you may know the struggle and pain of trying to find the right staff team for your server on here. All the immature people who just want power and such. Well im here to make life easier for you.
If you recently just started up a server with plans and all, you really shouldn't worry about staff members like helpers and mods. Look for one or two people to just help you set up the basics of the server. This is what im here for. Im here to personally help a server owner. I wont be able to help pay or download plugins for you and all, I believe that's strictly a server owners job as a sign of dedication and ownership.(no I am not cheap.) BUT I am able to help work with setting up plugins in-game or through the host while you and whoever else work with the big boy stuff. I know my way around a few plugins and commands . I ALSO can build! I built hubs and spawns for servers before. My favorite theme to work with is End Theme.
I have experience, which means I know tricks and techniques for a newly created server to attract players decently, like what to do and what not to do. Great at suggestions on which plugins you should get and who to see to learn how to set any of the hardcore stuff up.
I love working with servers. I love to see them grow. Heres a starter application for you to see what qualities I possess, then if your interested we can talk.
