Ok, hello my IGN is funnymon and i'm here to ask a question
Have you ever wanted to become staff for a server, but you see the words in the Application
"Have you had any experience being staff on other servers:"
Well, when i see that i'm like well... no i was hoping this was a good server to start on.
What if there was a server made only for teaching players to be good staff and just nicer people online in general?
This isn't a thing that always makes you staff on servers, but its just a place to start

A:Yes, yes they do.Staff are dicks to players ALL the time!
Q:How would people learn how to be staff without any players to watch
A:The Staff-in-trainings would talk to each other about teach and lead each other,and everything week or two one of the Staff-in-training would have FULL admin on the WHOLE server, to see how they respond to that much power

Indeed its a good idea i was thinking about something like this a year ago called
"The Minecraft Academy".
An Academy server where players would learn how to build professionally, whatever style they would like from mid evil to modern.
Its much more like a University, i would say.
I would be interested in helping you out, I've got much more on my mind.

It is certainly a positive sentiment, however, I feel it is unlikely to make a profound impact.

Sounds cool, but maybe you could also make a guide.
Also, if you just plunk the trainees onto a server and just start teaching them without any planned out lesson, then it might not go well. But if you plan lessons, it would be better. You could even have scenarios that they have to resolve accordingly. Ex: Randomdude123 was caught griefing some guy's house. He says it was his brother using his account. What do you do?
You also might have to account for differences (although some are minor) in moderating certain servers. Ex: factions server vs. mini games server.
