Why I deserve this rank: I have been a Plugin Manager for about 5 servers now. I have helped setup ranks, donations, and more. I have been configuring plugins/permissions since Minecraft Beta 1.4. Since then, Plugin Managing has been a hobby of mine.
Experience: In the past I have managed Permissions for PermissionsEx, bPermissions and GroupManager. I am currently trying to relearn PermissionsEx because I haven't used it in a while. I have setup permissions for more than 7 servers and I believe I could help yours.

Why should you be apart of a server staff?: I should be apart of a server staff because I am highly experienced and know all of the commands that come with being apart of a staff. From Mod to Owner I know all of the insides and outsides of running a server. Having me on your server will definitely be a huge plus.
How will you help improve the server?: Depending on my rank, I can help by promoting the server on many different websites and also improve the atmosphere of the server. I am great with dealing with fights and other situations that may come from them. Also, I am a great builder too. I love building medieval designs and modern designs, but, am not only chained to those two things. I hold a different variety of building strategies which will help me out in any build I take on.
How would you deal with a cheater?: Well, I usually will start off by a simple warning such as, "xjosh50x, turn off the hacks or you'll be dealt with in a not so nice manner." If they continue with the hacks I would kick the player. As they keep progressing with using the hacks I would temp ban then ban after deciding if that is necessary.
