[Hiring] [Server Manager/Owner] [Paid Position]

I own the "Pure Servers Organization". Basically, I own one server, and multiple other servers are underneath my parent server. Donations go to the main account, and we handle paying the invoices. We pay you if you prove to be a good server owner. If you prove to be a non-profitable manager, we will change your server to someone else's ownership.
We determine how good you are as an Owner by the amount of donations you bring us. We will upgrade your server determined upon the donations your server brings to Pure Servers, and how many players you have on average.
We are hiring for the position of Server Manager. We will create a server for you, and you will act as the owner, controlling plugins, players, mainly everything, just following a few guidelines and rules we put down upon you. Please post your application in response to this thread, or in a private message. If you do not follow the application format, we will not accept you.
We pay for the server, so you don't need money, but if you want to run a larger sized server, you may need to put in a few dollars for the first month of the server. We will not put all our money into someone on the first month, obviously.
If we find you lied in your application, you will be stripped of your status as Server Manager/Owner.

Experience Owning Servers: A lot, I run a private servers for a few friends of mine and a large one for public use. Sadly, I didn't have enough for a dedicated server and it was decommisioned.
Experience Moderating Servers: I'm actively a moderator on 4 servers and an admin on 3.
Server Advertising Experience: I can advertise pretty well, I can also get friends of mine to advertise and in theory have a network of advertisers advertising my server. I also like having an advertiser rank where if someone advertises your server, then they get special in game items or perks

Why should we choose you?: I love the game of minecraft and being a server owner. I am also on 15+ hours of the day so I can be on the server almost all the time. I want this job because I miss being a large server owner, and this seems like a great opportunity to host a great server, and make a little cash!:)
