I am in ways, family friendly. I don't swear, knowing not only mature players play minecraft.. but kids aswell.
I enfore rules fairly, hear both sides of a story before a final decision, and consult with higher authority if they are available.
I'm a real team player, and love working with fellow staff members. I don't do big decisions without consulting with the equal parties, and make sure it's a good decision. Assuming it isn't an obvious one, like banning a griefer. That's an instant decision.

I feel if i make something, and took the time to make it that if someone destroyed it for no reason aside from ruining my gameplay, I would definitely question if it is a good place to keep playing on.
I'm nice to players, and am a real team player. If a player is swearing at me in particular, I'll simply ask him to calm down and ask why it is he was flaming at me, or another person.
