[Server Partner Needed]

So here's the deal, I currently have $30 just sitting in my PayPal. I would like to put this to use in the form of a server. However, I can't afford to open a server or purchase a domain and control panel license all on my own. My offer is to pay for the Domain and Control Panel License, and pitch in about $10 for the server and then if you're willing you'd pay the rest for the server.
The host in question that I'm looking at is http://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/ I would prefer that we went with the 16GB but if you're running on a tight budget then we could settle for 8GB for now.
