Hello, and I am a average person that love Hexxit. My English is bad sometimes, because I'm Swedish, but I am fluent in it besides grammar. My IGN is the same as my PMC name, and I like to be white list. If I whitelisted, I do livestreams. YES! LIESTREAMS! If you must know, I have genetic disorder that stopped my growth, but I am very much a mature, 19 to be exact. I do have girlfriend that play hexxit too, and her IGN is: sparkle_lrh

Alex, we pick our staff based on your attitude once you're on the server and we actually get to know you. We don't choose people based on an application process or anything like that. It is more like we get to know you through playing with you and find out if we think you'd make good staff kind of a thing. So everyone has to go through the process of getting whitelisted, playing on the server as a regular player, and then and only then can they have the possibility of us even thinking about them being staff.

So, in a way, we're always looking but we just choose staff as suitable candidates become available. And we usually end up picking people that came in just expecting to be a regular player. Usually people looking to be staff right away have an agenda in mind.
