Don't let this discourage you though. I am an experienced and skilled staff member, in Minecraft and in the real world. I have to juggle children at a pre-school I work at, so dealing with the average Minecrafter is nothing.
Plugin knowledge: I have extensive knowledge is dealing with plugins. Due to my long history of staff positions, I have learned to use almost every popular plugin. CoreProtect being my favorite. I am quick to learn new ones,
Servers you have played on: I have played on a number of different themed servers. From your average Survival PvP server, to your unique RPG and Mini-game servers. I've been staff on about 10 servers, two of which I can provide IP addresses.

Since I do not know most of the words being sung to me, I am able to put my own meaning into the songs. One moment, a song could be inspirational to me. Then the next day, the same song could give me a depressing vibe.
Handicaps/Hangups: My biggest pet peeve is stubbornness. I cannot stand people who do not know when to admit that they are wrong. I also dislike leader figures, whom do not listen to their followers. A leader can never truly grow until he/she has learned humility. I work best with peers who are team players, and are willing to try new ideas which have been presented by other staff members.

Experience(Add a description): I have run my own server before. Flapcraft was it's name I ran it for about a year until I decided to close it down due to lack of donations and my loss of a job. I know many plugins and if I do not know one I will go and look it up. How to use it and what it is used for. I have been Head-Admin on 2 servers, Administrator on 4 servers and Moderator on 6 servers which have all brought me much experience with commands and dealing with delicate situations.
Dedication: I have much time to play Minecraft and get to know the players and plugins, along with the server. I can play around 4-5 hours daily. School should not be a problem for me getting onto the chat of the server, for I do have Minechat making it easier to talk to people without needing a computer.
Ability of handle situations: Lets say someone is claiming that one of their other fellow players is a hacker and wants you to ban them. What do you do? I personally would like to see proof. If a player is hacking they generally like to be quite and not draw attention to themselves, I would follow them around and moderate them very closely for awhile to see if they have done anything wrong in the time watching. If the player is doing something odd like flying walking on water I will ban them immidiately for I do not like to deal with hacks. They get in the way of other players and ruin the game for everyone and if I do not catch them doing anything bad I will wait. If the player is reported a second time I will jail them for 24 hours because you can never be too cautious. If it is done again I will have them banned for the use of hacks.
Why you should be picked: I think I should be picked because I have much experience with commands and plugins. I did own my own server at one point and know what it is like to be in the Owners shoes. So I would do as much as I can to give the owner help. Also if he/she needs help with permissions I would be glad to lend a hand.

Dedication: My dedication depends on the server if I think it is a well put together server I will normally dedicate most of my time to that server. I probably would play 5 hours a day during summer... 3 hours a day during school.

What I would do is first find out if the person is using a mod... I have no tolerance for mods I would immediately ban them. But if the person is just saying that I would give them a warning if done again by the same person I will either jail them for 24 hours or temporary ban for 3 days.

Dedication: My dedication depends on the server if I think it is a well put together server I will normally dedicate most of my time to that server. I probably would play 5 hours a day during summer... 3 hours a day during school.
Knowledge of Plugins: I have had plenty of experience with plugins and I know how to use them.
Ability of handle situations: Lets say someone is claiming that one of their other fellow players is a hacker and wants you to ban them. What do you do?...... What I would do is first find out if the person is using a mod... I have no tolerance for mods I would immediately ban them. But if the person is just saying that I would give them a warning if done again by the same person I will either jail them for 24 hours or temporary ban for 3 days.

Well let me start out I'm 15 years of age I have a 9/10 maturity. I respect every person with the most upright respect and never less,When a player is abusing any staff like a mod or trainee this is not acceptable like asking for items or cussing intensely at them I will mute them or kick them depending on how intense it was or is and then tell what they had done wrong in order for me to take action so that they don't make the mistake again (the rules are the most essential part of a server) I can keep my cool in the toughest of situations and can be a strong leader I'm very good with permissions. If the owner or Whomever cannot Figure out how to use a plugin feel free to ask me I will figure out how to use any plugin. I think I'm a good builder I have built a few spawns in my day and new server build like statue's of the owner and/or shops. I have also run my own server when 1.2.5 was still the latest version and it was a quite a success (I couldnt afford to keep it up longer). I obey ever rank higher than me always and anytime if not to do this I will be honest to the owner that I have done so and prepare for a punishment (I will probably not disrespect anyone) , I also take both sides of a story before I take action. What makes you better than the rest: I have been playing minecraft for 2 years I know almost every single bukkit command there is inside out I have been using bukkit since 1.7 beta and I know almost every single plugin command also I have helped many people this is fun because you know that you have helped someone today.
How do you resolve issues: First of all I will take both sides of the 'story' and listen to both of the players When people are fighting it can be a tough situation it varies between the extreme swearer's and the one's that love to annoy staff in these situations I will remind them of the rules and teleport them to spawn, to continue this action they will be muted to exceed this kicked and/or banned
Experience: I have ran my owner server it was just a server for friends though, I have been staff on about 14 servers and have set up the whole ranks system on two, and Have been Co-owner on 2 really good servers, Head Admin on 3, Admin on 5 mod on 2, Trial mod on 1, and head mod on 1 but overall if i get staff on your server it would make my day because your server exceeds the rest
