how do i apply for staff?

Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I play minecraft all the time and i have not been in a staff position for a while now, Yet i remember when i was co-owner on a server or when i was admin and i just had so much fun helping people and contributing to a server enough for me to be mentioned.
Experience (details): I have been an Mod On Gservers which is now closed but you can search for it on pmc and go into the desc and the staff list will be there and have my name on it. I have owned a server before and i have been an admin on myncraft.

Dedicated time: about 5 hours after noon and 7 hours in the evening and at night and some times about 1 hours straight up in the morning.
What you can bring: I can bring plenty of dedication to the server, I can help players when ever they need help even when im busy i will do my best to help them in anyway i can. I can bring fair advertising, Not going on server and spamming the ip becuase that gives the server a bad reputation but i would make youtube video's, gameplays and online ads. I am also very patient with players therefor i wont just rage quit and ban all that swear at me, I will do my best to explain to them in the most detail why it has no point of doing what they are doing, Unless they break a major rule which i have clear info from the owner that for it i can give them a ban.
Also i would like to apologize for my spelling as English is not my first language.
