Hi I am looking for a plugin manager that can help me choose and setup plugins for my server if choosen you will get a special rank with permissions ex./fly my format for becoming plugin manger is as follows:

How much do you know about plugins?: i ran 3 servers since beta 1.3 so a quite a bit. I can setup just about any plugin
Will you be active on the server if choosen?: yes

Anything you would like to mention put it here: I can also code a few plugins, nothing big though. I made a plugin for my server for when you type /house 1 it made you a 3x3 house. After that i stopped making plugins.
