Yea, please provide more details, like what you need done like Allcakeisgone said if you need help with plug-in's (Making, managing, etc.) Setting the server up (Server properties) or whatever else.
What do you mean by programmer? Making plugins? managing plugins? Send me a pm if it has stuff to do with either FTP console or plugin managing as i can help you with those.
