[Staff Needed For 24/7] [[Hypixel Like Server]]
Hello for those who actually will help please stay and read this short paragraph.
this server is a 24/7 Mini-Game/Faction/Survival Server and is dedicated to Customer Satisfaction. This will be a Hypixel Like server so we will need to Top of the line hard working Staff ( NOTE: you do not need to be good at building to join ) Also in the signup forum you will notice that you cannot choose your position in order to get a position I the Co-Owner/Host will send your Skype ID to the Founder/Owner and you can decide on what position will best fit you and the server. NOTE not all of you will get in about 3/5 of you will get in. please be respectful in the comments and please only use it for Fourm Submission

Things Your Good At: I am great with plugins such as group manager, world edit, world guard, And more I have a great personality and can take a joke but I am a hard worker and take my rank with the right attitude, I am very fair but just if someone is doing the wrong thing I will get to the bottom of it before I take harsh action, I have owned 3 servers and currently still own 1 of the 3, I am Mod on 2 small servers, Head-Admin on 1 small server and a helper on a large server, my skills with moderation are Considered "Great" I would all so like to add I have been given nothing but complements on my Jobs all but one witch was dealt with, I had wrongfully been accused of giving out "Hacked Items" But this was later solved as The Head-Mod who had been doing it, I am a great Leader and can help the "Lower Rank" staff learn the "rules/ropes" I am a great people person and have a good time doing my job, I am also a very Fun and friendly guy!
What Position Do You Want: I am requesting the rank of Head-Admin as I believe my skills and Experience would be best put to use in this aspect, I am willing to Be More Active if the server requires it.I am aware my age may be a problem but I can assure you that I am mature (if the rank of Head=Admin is taken I would like this to be considered an application for Head-Mod/Admin ).

Have You Ever Been Banned On A server If So Why: to be honest yes I have, but before you deny my application based on this aspect alone I would like to explain the situation. I had been playing on a mid sized faction server called (Legion-Pvp-League) I had been playing for 3 weeks or so as the moderators were inactive/abusive I had been forced tped into lava many times along with raided when I finally got around to talking to the owner about such a thing happening on his server I was basically told and I quote "Fu*k off my staff are Not Childish and have all been hand picked by me, for wrongfully accusing a staff member of abuse you will be banned,But if found to be true you will be unbanned and apologised to. Later that week That had been true I was unbanned and Apologised to.i do not see the point in denying that I have been banned before but I hope you will respect my honesty.

What can you do for the server: I can do a LOT for you. I know every basic/medium plugin. I know how to install plugins, which isn't that much of a skill. I also take notes whenever anything in the server happens. I write down names, and what is going on. Whenever someone threatens to DDoS the server, it's an instant ban. I can take down the name, just incase someone (A.K.A the Owner or Developer) can start an offensive DOS on the player. I know how to find people with their IP, too. On an additional note, I can devote a lot of time onto the server. If I am gone, I will inform someone why, and tell them to pass on the message.
If someone is breaking the rules how would you handle it: It depends on the situation. If the player is
1) Hacking - I will issue an instant temporary ban for 1 week, as I do not want to upset the Owner by banning someone forever. I will tell the Owner about this player ASAP and he/she can decide what to do from there. That is, unless the Owner gives me the power to decide that.
2) Spamming - Instant mute for 5 minutes, if it continues, a kick. If it continues past that, temp-ban for 2 days.
3) Glitching - This one is a bit tricky. It depends on what the Owner sees fit, in his eyes. In my eyes, it is definately breaking the rules, so they must be punished.
Why should we choose you over anyone else: I believe that my application will/has said it all. If it has not, I am a very dedicated Staff member. I do not abuse, and I make sure all of the players are following the rules. I do hourly checkups on players throughout the server.
Are you a good builder: I can build a bit, but I would not say I am a good builder. Probably a 6/10.
