Experience:i have had experience with being an admin because I have been an admin 2 times on a server and mod once so I know what to do with people being disruptive I know how to treat people nicely I am mature and kind I know when to lay down the rules I can sort out plugins and I know what to do when there is a problem with a plugin im good with world edit I know how to build I have owned my own servers before but I had to stop as I have my GCSES coming up.

Why should I hire you:you should hire me as I said I have been an admin many times I know what to do when people don't follow the rules I give people second chances depending on how bad they broke the rules I am fairly good with plugins and I know how to fix a problem when there is a problem with some plugins and I will stop any fighting going on in chat and that's about it.

Experience: Over the past 4 years I have played Minecraft I have been Head-Admin on 4 servers, Admin on 12, Moderator on 9, and Builder on 4. Over the time I've played I either quit, was fired for inactivity, or the server shut down.

Why should I hire you: I am well experienced in many Staff positions and can help players when they need assistance. After playing for 4 years on Minecraft I have become well experienced with helping others and taking care of griefers, trollers, hackers, and spammers. I am able to keep control of myself when the control is needed the most.
