Honestly i can say with confidence that i am a very easy-going person, i am a bit stuck up tho. Being so easy-going help with being able to talk to members of the server as well as the staff. Communication and resolving problems with two individuals are my specialty, with this is the problems requires some sort of punishment i will be fair and just with the sentence. Also from what i have seen i can bring an administration position for the times that most of the staff will be asleep with me being from Australia i can generally look after the server from griefers while most of the other staff sleep, i do have insomnia so it does help with being able to stay up until other staff can join to help look after the server.

But if i had to rate my experience in dealing with admin/staff positions i would rate my self 87/100

Are you a hard worker? Yes, I have owned a server FusionCraft, staffed on multiple and use to plugin develope.
How many hours can you dedicate to our server? Daily, 4-8 hours school days, weekends 5-10
What previous experience do you have? Owner,Adminx4,Developer, Moderator, andx2Builder.
Do you have any technical knowledge(I.E. Coding)?
I use to do plugin develope, but I quit mc for a year and forgot how to do it, i am working back up to doing it .
Why should we accept you? I have much experience with plugins and minecraft, i am a very hard worker and will take stuff very serious, I have great backgrounds with people, i am a community leader.
