Hello, I am one out of the 2 owner of Monarchy Kits. My server is a kitpvp server that is in the making. That meaning we don't have many plugins set up. Those plugins being custom plugins such as one of the plugins I need: A Kit PvP Plugin.

About Monarchy Kits:
Monarchy Kits is part of the "Monarchy Craft Network" A brand new network that is full of new servers that are working on themselves as we speak. This server IS offline BUT that's to allow bungee, BUT, bungee doesn't allow cracked accounts.
Monarchy Kits is more than just join play same kit, play. It works more with
A)Abilities
B)Counters
C)Diversity
Almost every kit is different in terms of abilities and weapons. Some share similar abilities to get the same point across. Some kits counter other kits. There are up to 2 abilities per kit, each enhance the user or effect other users.
Now, for the big part. The server is not at all public yet because we need a kitpvp plugin. And for that we need a dev. If you are willing to be a dev apply here:

How quickly do you code: im normaly fast but it depends if im doing anything e.g vacation
How Quickly if you would, code that particular plugin: i could make abot 5 of the kits in a couple of days (kits with abilities) and then quite quickly because i would have a template
How often do you get on the PC in general and onto minecraft: most days for up to 6 hours
Have you ever been coder on a kitpvp server: yes i was, i coded all the components and about 20 kits with abilities

I don't think you're asking for a kit plugin. I think you're asking for an abilities plugin. There are plenty of kit plugins to suit your needs, but from what it looks like in your google docs, you want abilities and powers, which would be more customized.
I don't know what wizards and mage server you play on, buts that's at all what I don't need. I don't need just kits.... I don't need just abilities I need them combined with a harmony. I really don't need for you to redirect me to an existing plugin. There is no such thing.
