[center]I have attempted at making a server a total of 4 times, and each time, I have failed due to poor planning, lack of effort or time, and poor marketing. This time, the server will be released when, and only when, I deem it ready for players. I hope this doesn't deter any of you from applying for server positions, as each spot needs filled.

[center]It will be a HUB server, from the start. If all goes well, we WILL expand into other areas. My goal is to create a seamless server, a well run machine with a smooth economy, fair PvP and raiding, honest staff, amazing builds and equal opportunity for all players. I will be managing the server team, and will do my best to make everyone feel as important as they are, because without any of you, this server would be a bust.[/center]

[center]Being hired for the server is a two part process for server staff(Mods, Admins, Feedback, etc...), and a three part process for anyone else. And yes, Skype and a working microphone is a requirement (even a webcam or built in laptop mic will work, we just need to be able to hear your voice)

Promote and advertise the server. Some things you'll do include: fixing posts like the one you're reading now, BuyCraft, and Minecraft Server Lists. You will work alongside another person tasked with the same job as you. And, you will be working alongside the GFX team and can make requests to them for your projects.
You will report to the Owners for approval of projects in most cases, and if they deem it something that needs my attention, I will gladly help you make the decision/get the funding.

Management of plugins, correction of errors, organization of permissions and ranks. You will have access to the server plugin folder, and can view almost all other files. Marketing may make requests to align with their advertisements, promotions, etc... Try to accommodate those needs as efficiently as possible. Your job is very important, and is the oil in the "well run machine" of the server-to-be. You will also handle the creation of plugins as needed (if your skill level is not up to par, we may end up hiring someone else).

You will choose the platform(s) to use for our site (XenForo, Enjin, etc…) and create a presentable, high-quality website. You will work alongside Marketing to create the BuyCraft website, or to integrate it into our own. Your job is very important because when players look us up online, your creation is what they will see.

[spoiler]I am looking for a Build Team that has already established itself, and has completed at least 5 builds, with different styles. Sadly, I do NOT want to organize a new Build Team. That may come later, but as of now, I would like one that is available to start working as soon as possible for the server. The prerequisites are few, but I am very picky.

You have the almost all the abilities of a moderator, except you tote around as a regular player wight he appropriate rank, if you donate, you get that rank. Basically, you're a player that can do almost everything a mod can, in private. You don't know who the other Undercover's are, and they don't know who you are. Revealing your position will get you banned, no questions asked.

Every two weeks you will send a text file to the Staff Manager of the highlights from the week, so he can sort them out, and send what he feels necessary to the plugin Dev.
