How long have you played CakeCraft for? - Not too long, I just got used to the sever rules and the expectations for the players.

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I've had a lot of experience with server management and coding. I owned my own server named UnixCraft a couple years ago and I created custom plugins for it and created my own jar file. I've learned to code JS, Java, C, C++, and Python. I can always help troubleshoot problems with plugins and i'm a very active member as well. I take hold of responsibility for any of my actions and I make sure that players are following server rules.

They're older so they should understand that the younger one isn't as knowledgeable as them. They need to explain things in a coherent matter and as most simplistic as they can.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - I would tell them that when everyone was younger they acted the same ways. And if the younger kids are bothering someone, I would tell them to just ignore them and maybe I'll kick the kids if it goes too far.
