Hey all! I'm currently in the progress of making a Network. I am getting the servers today so I will need TONS of help!
Requirements:
[*] Must be 12+ years old.
[*] Must be able to be active everyday for atleast 1 hour.
[*] Must have skype, you don't need a microphone.
[*] Must work for free.
Staff Ranks Needed:
[b]Helper[/b]: A helper is simply just a trial moderator. If all the other ranks are filled and I would like you as staff, you will become a Helper. Helpers are simply what's in the name, they help out players and staff members when needed.
[b]Moderator[/b]: Members of this rank generally are the eyes of the chat. They have
permissions such as: /mute, /kick and /jail in order to do so. Moderators are not to approach banning a player for this is the job of the ranks above. Moderators should also be there to help the players although this is the job of the helpers. Moderators do have the right to tell the helpers to do their job if they fail to do so. This rank should also keep an eye on the forums.
[b]Builder[/b]: Builders will have to have experience for building on previous servers. Before you are a builder, you will be tested by the owner and managers. Failing to do so will result in a demotion. We are looking for professional builders who know the basic concept of worldguard and could build without a theme necessary.
[b]Senior Moderator[/b]: A senior moderator will have to approach the bans while also doing everything that a Moderator should be. Senior Moderators are to be more active on the forums than the ranks below and to keep the lower ranks in order. You will be a trusted staff member on the upcoming network in which you will keep things running smoothly.
[b]Graphic Designer (GFX):[/b] A GFX designer should be able to make a logo and banners or whatever we will need for the future references. If possible, the GFX Designer will help with the website designing as well.
[b]Junior Administrator[/b]: A junior administrator is a trial admin. You will have to show the managers and owner that you are ready to take on more responsibility. You will have most of the permissions that an admin has so act as if you are an admin. You will control the hackers that surround the server. You should be looking for things to improve the server or searching for errors and mistakes in sign writing. This rank isn’t meant to be fun. If an Admin asks you to do some labor work such as rebuilding a griefed area, your are expected to do it.
[b]Administrator[/b]: An admin is the rank you should be striving for. You should know the basic commands of the plugins we have, so you shouldn't be asking on "how to do ___." The server will mainly consist of Worldguard, worledit, and Groupmanager, plugins you should be familiar with. The Admin’s should be considered the top rank of the server because if you’re an Admin you have power over the ranks below. Any problems that don’t regard a plugin out of game should be handled by the Admins. You should also remember that Admin is a strict job, meaning that you shouldn’t be building when there’s things that can be fixing although every once in a while you can build something or goof around but most of your time should be dedicated towards the server and its improvements. If a problem reaches the managers or the owner and it’s not serious at all, then that could reflect badly on your rank and where your future stands.

I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved, newbie or elders.

I have been on many servers before over 2 years and a half, being in pretty much every position possible, apart from owner of a server. I can use any plugin, and can use the console up to a certain level. I would bring much to the server as I also know the nooks and crannys of the game.
Why should we pick you as a moderator?
I can assure you there are some applicants that may deserve the job more than me; but, I think I should get the job as a moderator because I can offer tranquillity and a safe environment for all ages to play in. I have been a moderator in a while, I would =. I also believe I am the best choice because I’m pretty experienced Lastly, I understand what being a moderator is, and what it takes to be a moderator, and I am ready to take on the responsibility, I have recently been told that I should help a bit more, and I will take the initiative to do so.

Experience: I have been staff on a few servers, and I had an admin position on TeamCraft (198.23.178.17), a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod DiamondCraft(diamondiccraft.no-ip.org), a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

people in need,and I feel that being is a great responsibility because I like helping people.I like helping people with their Minecraft problems and sorting out issues and disputes. I am loyal, mature and experienced. I had some really cool adventures and experience and would like to give back to the community by helping out as an admin. I believe that I have what it takes to contribute to a wholesome, fun experience for everyone by enforcing the rules and helping everyone that needs my assistance.It has a special place in my life because even just for a few minutes, I can get away from the hassle of real life and live out an adventure which I can only dream of.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I have a lot of experience in moderating servers and websites. In doing so, I have collected and fostered the skills needed to be successful in all future moderation roles. These skills include

- An appreciation for Minecraft and all who play it.
