Hello!, My name is Max and Me And my Buddy Dean is looking for few People on our network! Neurotic Network is a network many funny things! We have Rankups for Factions, Prison and many more
Most of which is nearly done making, however I'm here today recruiting experienced Staffs. Now, obviously due to the planetminecraft rules I cannot talk about this much here.
I am also recruiting developers who are experienced with all aspects of setting up servers; from voting to bungee configurating!

General Description:
Employee must manage staff. Help organise events. Provide support for players and staff
Primary Job Function:
Manage all staff on servers and organise different staff roles. Help organise different events set by owner. Fix problems that may occur on server. Moderate chat and ban constant offenders.
Required Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be helpful and understanding.
• Strong understanding of server’s game type.
• Strong understanding of server’s commands.
• Previous experience of Head-Admin or Admin.
• Ability to handle different situations.
• Solid experience of Minecraft.
• Strong Management skills.
• Ability to organise events.
• Determination make server grow
• Ability to quickly learn how to use all the server’s plugins
Desired Skills:
Previous experience of ranks higher than Head Admin e.g. (Co-Owner or Owner)
Experience:
Previous experience of Head-Admin on 2+ Servers or Owner
Work Status:
Full Time – 12 Hours per week.
Age:
Must be at least 13 years of age.
Reporting:
Head Admin must report to the Owner

If I see him cheat or hack I will warn him 3 times. If he still wont stop I will tempban/kick him. and when he cheats again I will tell the owner about it.

Can you code?
Yes I can. I know a good bit of Java and I'm learning how to apply that to Bukkit plugins. I can't start coding plugins for you immediately, but it shouldn't be too long and I will be able to.

- How would you help as staff in SCWorks? I have lots of experience as a server owner, head-admin, admin, and mod. I recently had my own server but I couldn't pay the bills anymore and had to shut down. I'm a decent builder and I'm also learning how to write plugins so soon I may be able to write custom plugins for you. Right now, I can help you with and recommend plugins. I'm also good at knowing when and how to punish players who break the rules. I can stay mature and calm in stressing situations and just try to solve the problem.
- What will you do if a Hacker/Cheater comes on, and you're the only staff available: Well it would depend on your policy. If they are an immediate threat to the server however I would ban them immediately. If I only saw NoCheatPlus warnings that they attempted to use hacks I would just follow your policy (probably kick I'm assuming).
-What will be your Oath as Staff? I will always work as hard and as much as I can. I will never try to harm the server in any way. I will obey the rules for staff and respect everyone. I will attempt to help you as much as I can.

-Cheater/Hackers: I will deal with the situation accordingly. I will look into what they are doing, because there are a lot of false claims on cheaters, because someone beat them at something.. After proven they are breaking the rules, I will provide a reasonable punishment.
-Oath: I will provide a upright nature, and a fun environment. I will provide my skills to help the server, and make sure it runs smoothly. I will work with fellow staff and make sure the server runs like it should. I will provide fair punishment to rule breakers, and let them explain themselves. As a side note, I am going to tell you about myself. I am the age of 16. My experience on minecraft is high. I have 4 years of playing and 2 of management. I have been Co Owner on 2 prior servers, and Owner on 1. I am Owner of a build team that builds for popular and big servers. We have made a lot of money, so I gave the guys a vacation.
