What previous staff experience do you have? - 1 server as a Head-Admin 2 servers as an admin, 3 servers as a moderator, 1 server as a dev, and 1 as a helper. The Head-Admin is closed unfortunately due to money problems, as well as 2 moderator servers, and the dev server. One Mod server is still up, but i dropped the position, and it is thecellmc. Helper is still up and i dropped the position for it as well.
How would you punish someone for breaking the rules?
I would warn him 3 times, if he pursues on, i will jail him for 10 mins, leading to 30 mins, then 1 hr if he continues after the jailing. If he continues, i will /kick him and if he still pursues on with it, i will tempban, eventually leading on to an actual ban.
Why? - I can help the server as advertising the server and invite any and all of my friends as well as moderate the website and chat to keep the fights and spammers under control.To help moderate any and all chat abusers. I do have the experience with this spot and will mute / kick any and all rule breakers of the server. I am a strict, but friendly guy when it comes to dealing with rule breakers, i dislike them. ^^
How will your presence benefit our staff team? I'm a friendly guy wanting to help any and all people of this server, and to bring enjoyment to first timers on the server ^^
