Why Do You Want This Rank: Im very good with the Factions plugins and config and kits i used to Run some servers and help out but me and the owners would get into fights and they were just more about power and money so i left i wanna help this server grow to its tops i can help alot if im admin ill help all memebers and get them fixed and even play fair and have fun doing it if im mod ill do the same thing and if im coowner ill help pay for things ill help get builders ill help get Admins and more i can help alot with Ideas and for Kits i love helping please talk to me more about this!
How Are You Better Than Any Other Applicant: Im 17 years old i been playing PC Minecraft for about 2 years now and even before that 1 year of Xbox Minecraft i have 8k twitter followers and some Youtube channels with 1k and 600 subs. i used to run and help servers before im on minecraft everyday i will be on everyday i can help alot i can fix configs i can fix plugins for players i can fix alot of things i would love to help this server please talk to me more about this!
Past Experience: i was Admin for Nemegaming i left because i banned a memeber and the memeber was the owners IRL friend and the guy was hacking so he Kicked me out. I was mod for alot of servers i left when they got boring and the owners just didnt care about it anymore.
Anything Else I Need To Know: I really wanna help this server grow i wanna see this server have 100s of people on it daily and get to the top Minecraft Servers i wanna see more games a hub and even see Minecraft youtubers play on our server and make vids on it i wanna see people buying the Kits and buying things i can make a great shop for cheap and everything i would love to see this server grow!

Well I Know How To Deal With:
A Griefer: It Would Depend On The Server Rules. I Personally Would Warn Him That If He Does it Again, I Will Either Temporary Ban Him Or Jail Him. And Then Il Tell The Victim How To Better Protect His Land.
A Spammer: I Would Verbally Tell Him To Stop Spamming. If He Continues, I Would Mute Him For 30-40 Minutes. If He Keeps Spamming I Would Temporary Ban Him For 2 Hours.
A Player Who Just Join The Server For The First Time: I Would Welcome Him And Give Him A Tour Of The Whole Server And Then give Him A Small Present To Enjoy His Stay.
A Person Who Says They Are From Planet Minecraft: I Would Just Ignore The Person.

I have always liked helping servers and I do enjoy configuring plugins and making kits and donations, etc. I am a hard worker and I do obey and follow they rules that I am given. This is very good opportunity to learn more about coding and leadership. Most of the time I keep the staff busy with work that has not been accomplish.
I Can Really Bring My Past Experience. Ive Seen People Who Lack The Skills Of Performing Their Tasks. I Can Train them To Meet The Requirements Of The Current Rank They Are In.

I want people to join the server and feel the feeling that they have found a good server, as if they found there main server to play on and have fun. I want to contribute that feeling. I want to use there suggestions as an experience to help my life as a admin and contribute more experience to the owner. The point of a server isnt to our purposes invloving money but its to show the players that u care and that they arent some little thing, its for the enjoyment of seeing the players having fun and if we cant do that than why are we here?

The biggest and most important improvement I can bring with the admin position is my activeness. Don’t take this the wrong way, but when I am on which I stated above is EST, especially in the mornings and afternoons, there is only one or two staff members on, only for a short period of time. Most of the time, when there are hackers on, staff have to be pulled into the server from the other servers or whilst they are AFK. As a admin, I do promise activeness to factions server , with occasional visits the survival. As stated in a previous question, I can spend quiet an amount of time on the server each day. You wouldn’t believe how many hackers you can catch in just a few hours. This brings me to my next addition. I am also making the forums, and fast to look at different threads pertaining to player reports / Ban appeals.

I think even though its a serous job u need to have fun sometimes. You can make jokes and talk with people but always dont ever go to off course.
