Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?:
I take my job very serious. I am a go-getter. I like getting the job done. There is no halfway for me, It's either done or done. If I start something I finish it. Also I'm pretty sure you've heard, "Treat others the way you want to be treated". Well yeah that's not me. I treat everyone the same even if they are rude to me. The only time I get mean is when someone breaks the rule and needs to be taught a lesson. Anyways i like doing staff related things. I can do things from coding to GFX and I love it all. I know a fair amount of commands and if I don't know something I read until I figure it all out. I also think I'm very responsible for my age and I can take care of my duties . Another reason you should accept me is because I liven up the mood. I like talking to people a lot. I can keep a conversation going and just simply have a good time with friends.

I've had my own servers. My first one was a prison server that I made with BaconxNinja which got 30 active people easily. The other ones were just for recording sessions with my friends and etc.
What can you do to improve this server?:
This question is so hard because what wouldn't I do to try and improve the server. There's so much.I'd try to get as many people as I can on. I like to keep the server in control so everyone is nice with each other. I'll fix any bugs that I see along the way, or any I get told of if any higher-ups aren't there. I'll build things that look cool and attract people. I can make banners and logos that look fancy.I can record my own series on the server to get people on. I don't want one of my favorite servers going down because of some idiots trying to hack or grief. I will do what I have to do. I can help other people know what they are doing and give them tips on what to do.
If you're faced with multiple problems how would you handle them?:
Depends on whats happening. If it's really bad I will show no mercy and ban. Obviously I will record what happens for proof and so that no one thinks I'm lying. If it's something I can handle then I will do so myself WITH NO MERCY. If someone is just arguing and acting selfish while swearing, etc, I will nicely ask them to stop. If this continues I will Temp-Ban for 72 hours. If its someone griefing or breaking any type of heavy rule I will just straight up ban them with the ban hammer. If we are dealing with little kids. I'd treat a younger person the way I'd treat an older person. Breaking the rules, young or not, deserve the same consequences. But it all depends on what they do. If someone is spamming I'll give warning and then mute if they don't. If someone is advertising I'll ban. If someone is being racist I'll tempban for a day. Things like that. But just because they are young doesn't mean they should have any type of advantage or disadvantage. Now if they aren't doing anything bad and it's just a kid not knowing something of course I won't be mean. I would try to explain as easy and simplest I can. I won't be rude and be like "oh shut up squeaker get out of here" I'm a people person and I'm more of a kid person so I love dealing with kids.
Can you handle such a job?:
If i have to say so myself... I'm pretty positive I can take over when the owner can't, as if i was the owner myself.

Personally, I feel that I want to get into something. That is the only reason I am submitting this application. I don't have anything else to do - I am a lurker. I lurk and observe, and I am fed up with the current situation that Minecraft faces. I don't chain apply for staff positions. At this moment, I have one server I build for. That is it.
Would I like to see the server succeed? Absolutely. Would I try my best to keep the server from burning into a pile of horse****? Yeah. Order and hierarchy are the two things that keep the whole server flowing for the players. Administrative work is all behind the scenes, working to make a good experience for OTHERS. What I don't comprehend is that there is a chain of people in this game who do not favor that thought process. These people are what I call "badmins". They flaunt their power. They try to create a facade of good-deed, but all they want is a position of power. Je déteste. I have a realm where I play, this is where I will work. I want to converse with the players, the mods, and the owners.
Administrators are, in my opinion, responsible for helping the moderators get in order. They are the generals of the whole system, acting for the commander in chief. The middle man. The Middle East between Europe and East Asia. They are supposed to communicate to the rest of the staff, taking duties off the shoulders of the owner(s) in order to allow (believe me, much needed) focus elsewhere.
A job of an admin is to solve issues and to grease the gears of the server. They make the owner(s)'(s) jobs easier and they make the mods' jobs easier. Of course, they have their own duties to perform. This isn't a e-peen contest. Administrators aren't moderators with a different tag. They administrate and strive for a better gameplay environment.

I recall being banned from two servers, but I also recall that both of these bans were because I called out the administration for being a bunch of assholes to the players. You don't throw a party and then claim you have the right to throw **** at the players.
How many hours a day will you be able to be on:
I don't really have any expected duties on any other server, so whenever I am not playing on my friend's realm, I'll put my attention towards the server's needs. I will provide my duties whenever I happen to be playing the game - which, trust me, is a chunk of my weekday. I have school just like any sophomore, but I also don't have a job. I have some free time during the week (at maximum of 5 hours a day), and a whole lot of free time during the weekend (at minimum of 3 hours a day).

Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?: I should be choosen to be in this position because I am good at programming and fixing bugs i have coded for lots of servers i can even setup an extra world for ex:Factions,Skyblock,HcFactions,OpFactions etc. Plus you can really use a person like me to be your plugin manager i a lot of experience on plugin and i can almost anything you need with bugs of the plugins that you need help in you should choose me most because i could really become the best plugin manager. I would help you in all of your plugin yes All even if it is custom plugin i could learn it easy without any hassle or hesitation.

I believe that I am rather proficient in work that i do, and I believe that I am not the greatest out there. Despite this fact, i will not allow me being lesser than others separate me from trying my hardest to fulfill my duties as a staff member. I follow rules the best I can, and would love to guide others to the rules as well. I have been a moderator on a small server once before (it was known as Attack on Monster), but it was shut down due to funding issues. I can help to my fullest extent, and will change my methods if need be.

Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?: You should choose me for this position rather than others because I have once owned a MC server, but unfortunately it didn't get very popular and the guy coding it for me bailed. So I have experience and I am truly motivated. I have been wanting to create/ help in the creation of a MC server for a long time. I also could provide great ideas for the server!

What can you do to improve this server?: Well I have not seen the server yet, so I really could not give a straight answer. However, I could bring some ideas and improvements to the table when the time arises.
If you're faced with multiple problems how would you handle them?: If I was faced with multiple problems, I would first check to see if any of them are seriously urgent. If not, then I would go to the person who asked me first, then second, then in order down the line. If the problem was urgent, I was go to that person first.

I know you guys could fine tons people better then me but i guarantee you cant find anyone that will donate as much effort towards it.
How good are you with configuring plugins? Out of 10 I would say I'm a 25. I am the greatest with managing plugins and thats one of the reason i think I should get this job.
