We are currently Looking for Active , Mature Staffs to help out the server when the Owner cannot.

What makes you a good staff: I believe that everyone needs help once in awhile, and if they request it someone should give it to them. By posting on Plant Minecraft you have asked for help, so here I am. I am not going to go on and on about those little servers that last a week and a half, lets talk serious for a minute. Hub servers take a lot of work, and a lot of people, and a LOT of money. So by applying I am stating that I will help in anyway I can to keep this server running, I will get players to donate, make it so that it is a friendly community, and not be a dick.
Bukkit changed Minecraft. It added special things such as World Edit (A plugin for the lazy) and Essentials, to make servers run even more fun. I have worked with other players on the community to create plugins, and I know how to work them. I have worked in permission nodes, and coded my own server.
Bukkit allowed new gamemodes such as Faction, which is my favorite gamemode, to be enjoyed by thousands of people. I believe that this Hub server deserves the same dedication as Bukkit has, and a little more by me. I am applying to take a weight off of your servers, and allow players to join and enjoy the server.
As you can probably tell already, I know what I am doing, I hope to talk to you soon
Why do you want to help: I am currently racking up experiance for other payed positions at a hosting company, and the more the experiance the better.
What Position?: Developer, I have done some work with coding, but I am not the best, if you need someone for that, I recommend finding a coder, but I can manage plugins and permissions easily.
Experiences (Server names if possible) I have done a little work here and here on some easy little servers that don’t last forever. I have also owned my own server for over a year and made a little money off of it. It was Factions and that is my favorite game mode. But all good things must come to an end and after I ran out of time to maintain it I shut it down for school became more important to me. Some of the basic plugins were World Edit and essentials. All of the permissions and building were done by me and the most players that were online during that entire time were 102/200 and were quite busy. I have also done some work on The Unforgiven Network, which is a roleplay network that is still somewhat in development.

what is the server(s) going to be as far as type?
The Network contains Few servers about 3-4 , We have Towny , Kitbattle , Hub , Connecter , And Going to buy another server soon enough , Towny will be more focused with 200 slots and Kitbattle is for just a entertainment ,
Through hub there will be creative , which might be for recruiting builders , or even to pick winners for our events.
Towny will have Custom enchants , If you play for certain time rank, e.t.c we will be creative with our network , in the hub there are also enjoyments like , find the staff statues to earn the reward , 2 owners will be the hardest to find (FlirtyDirt , Trolax) and will earn the most.
We are looking forward about our network and know that we will be always creative about our servers.
