What are your skills in moderating chat and people and servers: Well, i am used to talking with people making them stop arguing whatever it might be about. Also, i see no reason just ignoring people. I'm saying that you shouldn't encourage them. If it is okay, i'd just tell them to either do it via /msg or not at all.

Why should we hire you: I respect all kinds of people and help them out if they have some some sort of a problem. I know how to deal with all the situations like cheating, disrespecting with more. I can build good and then last i can exactly every command of every plugin (nearly) in the bukkit website. I want to see the server grow to one of the bigger one. The most important thing for me is too make the players have a really good time and hopefully make them enjoy the server on minestorm. I want all the new players get welcomed as i got welcomed, i got welcomed as they felt me, just a friend! I can get many players and help them start playing, i am good at answering the most question

Why you want to be mod?: I think it might be a nice and friendly server. I love this sort of community with friendly and helpful people that think about everyone and everything. I want to help this server grow a way bigger! I have 129 contacts on skype that plays minecraft and i am pretty sure that they are ready for an new gorgeous server! I will not abuse my powers and i will often warn them that they do wrong thing, I think it's up to what kind of situation it is. Hacking will be permban just because it destroys the fun in this server! I would love to see that the server grow as i saw an server growed for the baddest server upto a great server that runs today.
