Hello! you are probably here to apply! I have a quick text speech talk thingy first. this was once a Divergent themed server, but it changed to an MMORPG and mini-games type server. We need a GREAT amount of builders, but really experienced builders for a more professional hub and the whole MMORPG world. We also need some mods and Plugin Developers.but we don't need other staff like admins, head-admins, co-owners, those ranks. you can be promoted to different ranks after a lot of experience on the server and being dedicated to the server. We are expecting to have at least 15 builders before we start releasing to public. We also need some Mods, at least 5. 3 out of the five will become Head-Mods. The server is 1.9, and you can apply either on-server or here. (Preferably on-server) The IP is TechnicMC.serv.nu

Experience: I know what I'm doing when it comes to staffing and controlling servers.I have been staff ranging from Helper, all the way to Admin on a few decent sized servers. Also, I have moderated lots of communities on Steam such ass Battlefield servers, Garry's Mod, and Team Fortress 2. I also have great grammar and experience in all types of fields so I can help with server management as well. I think I would be a great addition to your Staff/Builder team and I can help you out in pretty much any way that you need. And, I love technology.

(For Mods Only) What happens if a player spams and doesn't listen to warnings?: I would give them a 5-10 minute mute and if they continue to spam, I would continue to mute them for and even longer period of time.
(For Mods Only) What happens if you think someone is hacking, but your not sure?: I would watch them, and I would tell the player to report them or if I weren't sure, I would report the player myself to see what others think about it. I would also notify staff ahead of me about the situation.
(For Mods Only) What happens if you see someone griefing or breaking a terrible rule?: I would immediately ban them. No questions. To prevent any further damage, I would remove them from the server. I would also let higher staff know about the situation and what I did to handle it.

What happens if you think someone is hacking, but your not sure?: I would need proof and I will have a watch over the user for a some odd of amount time and incase of needing proof for the owner I would record it happening
What happens if you see someone griefing or breaking a terrible rule?: I will ban The player Greifing and make sure that The stuff that was in the players inventory that was stolen placed back to the rightful owner. now if the player Breaking a terrible rule I will do what ever the punishment is post to be if there isn't then I would punish the player for what ever he did by the rightful judgement
