Plans for the server:
My plans for the server are I hope to have a good player base a lag free and a enjoyable environment for our players. Although ExodiaNetwork is restricted to factions I hope to have many other game modes in the future.
What i'm looking for:
I am looking for a mature and hard working staff team and able to give there time at ExodiaNetwork. The positions i'm currently looking for are 2 admin 2 moderators 2 helpers 1 developer and 2 builder.

In all honesty around 7 - 8, I can be deadly serious a lot of the time however I like to have fun because I've been playing this game for like 7 years now and it gets kinda boring following all the rules etc, and i love playing jokes or pranks on people.
Experience:
I have been staff on two other minecraft servers like 4 - 5 years ago, I know most all of the commands (excluding the command block stuff, that is crazy) and i have been admins / mods on other games that are similar such as Unturned
What you can do to help:
Listen i'm not really your all in 1 staff, my main qualities are that i like to build relationships with players, I find a great deal of pleasure enforcing rules and I don't mind doing tedious tasks like clearing mountains for buildings etc. But if you want a perfect staff member i'm probably not your guy

Maturity level out of 10: Probably seven due to being serious or funny either way.
Experience: I've mainly started out as helper and gradually gone up step by step, learning through the years about being more mature. I have once been a owner of a server which got a few donations over August before shutting down, but normally my age takes me to quite low ranks if the server depends on more adultly people than younger ones or just generally don't trust a young age group because of slight immaturity issues which take quite a long time to slip away. Either way, i have been a lower class staff member instead of higher up, which i expect if i get accepted that i will keep to the bottom of the line.
What can you do to help?: As anyone else would say, help deal with issues such as disrespect and infections to the server from payers who wish to claim the server for there own when in actual fact it just motivates staff to help out more. I would be much more help with website management and generally making a donation system so you can make profit from your hard work of developing the small server into a bigger size. Enjin is quite a good website to start of a small server and then gradually upgrade into a better page for reports, suggestions and application forms.

What you can do to help: People say i am a great builder, but i think im decent. My build style specializes in rustic, I also have lots of knowledge in redstone
Picks of your builds: Although i have been building for quite a while now i do not seem to find any of my old builds, i havent been able to make new ones lately because of school. But i can suggest you to test me, give me an idea or a theme and ill build somthing.
