I am one the owner of Eternal Venom, a server network (that hasn't been released yet), The network consists of Minigames, Creative and Prison. I am looking for free builders (MUST BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY BUILD GOOD, PROVIDE PMC BUILD LINKS OR UNDERGO A TEST) and developers (MUST BE ABLE TO CODE). Once the server is popularish and we start receiving donations, I will be paying the developers and consider paying the builders.
