Update! Lot's of behind the scenes updates, including a lot of optimizations, tweaks, and bug fixes! Changed to PaperSpigot, optimized configs, optimized dynmap, fixed randomcoords bugs, fixed protection stones bugs, new commands to disable scoreboard, better menu.
