Recruiting Builders and Build Team's - Modded MC

Hey, we run a very popular Modded MC network, and we are in the stages of redesigning a bit of stuff, but we do not have many builders. I am NOT looking for the best builders in the world, I need some good builders and some basic builders, anyone that can bring ideas to the table.

How many people are we recruiting?

We need a load of builders and would like to develop a big build team for future projects onward, our current build team does not have any man-power to get anything done on the level it needs done, we are looking for 7-15 builders.
