General Rules:

[1] No Griefting
[2] No cheating/exploiting of any kind. (Fly can be used if Donator+)
[3] Do not use client side mods that haven't been approved.
[4] No racism, sexism, homophobia etc. (Auto Perm Ban, Using McBans)
[5] Do not leave floating trees.
[6] No excessive swearing.
