[INTRO]
Rising Phoenix MC is a straight-up survival server, we don't allow griefing or hacking of any kind, but other than we pretty much allow anything else. we have a few rules, the basic ones you'd find on most servers. but what's different about our server when compared to other server's is the experience, we use custom terrain made by Aurelien_Sama, our staff our nice to everyone, and our plugin system doesn't interfere with the gameplay very much. we give you a starter kit so that you don't have to spend 10 minutes getting established. On our server, we are open to criticism and suggestions, if you have either, tell us, and we'll listen. We aspire to give you the best possible gaming experience there is, so come check out or server, and see what we're talking about.

Respect all staff members
griefing is not allowed(destroying buildings, random block placement, random holes, floating trees, etc).
Floating houses are not allowed, unless supported by three or more supports that visually look like they can support it.
Do not complain about anything(being killed or your items being stolen).
Do not advertise.
Do not ask to be promoted.
Do not ask staff to give you items, spawn you anything, or TP you.
You may attack staff, but you are giving them the ability to attack back.
Do not exploit anything found on this server.
All hacking clients are forbidden on this server(nyancraft, griefcraft, vcahax, nodus, click me, etc).
Any mods that give you an unfair advantage on this server are strictly forbidden(x-ray, flying, mob/resource tracking, etc).
Do not pose as staff members.
Do not swear, insult or fight with others over chat.
Spawn killing of other players is not allowed.
Spam of any kind is not allowed.
Sharing accounts on either the server or the forums is not permitted.
