One issue- I have no ****ing idea how to work Towny and I REALLY don't want to have to spend time reading about it.

Basically what I'm asking for is someone else that has expertise in using Towny (and configuring it and managing it and stuff) that will help me out for the next hour or so while I set up this server. Past that, I don't really need any help, so don't expect much in return other than you having something to do for an hour and the satisfaction of helping an idiot.
